Visions 2011 Dinner Auction

Pacific NW Seafood and Wine Dinner, prepared by guest chef, Wendy Click, our very own 2nd grade teacher. If you have not had a meal prepared by Wendy, you are in for a culinary experience that will blow your mind! Enjoy a beautiful summer evening at the home of Jack and Angie Fields. The meal will consist of a variety of Northwest Seafood including Taylor Shellfish Kumamoto Oysters and Manila Clams. The main course will include shrimp cakes, local salmon with a ginger/chili sauce, fresh spring salad and a variety of sautéed vegetables. The meal will finish with chocolate decadence, lemon tart and seasonal fruit. Come and join this fun & delicious evening!
